watch the movie "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days"

Classic examples of sure fire ways to get a guy to go screaming in fear and pretend he no longer knows you. The fairy tale ending to this movies is not accurate, but it still a nice "smooshy" story.

1. Never tell a guy you want marriage and kids in the first 3-6 months of dating

2. Never discuss religions in the first 3 months

3. Limit contact. Smothering overloads the senses. Men like the "redatory" chase which actaully stems from caveman days

4. don't discuss future on your relationship in the first 3 months of a relationship

Even if the guy does all of the above, you still don't as then you get too serious and it still scares them away.

One should just date to date. Meanign enjoy the moment for what it is without stressing about future plans. Allow the future to develop naturally on its own and you will become less stressed emotionally and have better successes in judging who you really want to invest your time with without expectations clouding your judgement

Good lasting relationships are built on a strong foundation of friendship, mutual tolerance, and compromises as we ALL are not perfect and will find something about the otehr to irk us. It is a matter of choosing is it major or can I live with it

Good luck and much prayers

Insulting their ego.. even the sweetest of guys has the most fragile ego
Giving a little physical affection and then backtracking, not wanting to do that again (aka teasing) << This isn't wrong. In fact, it's up to the woman how far she wants to go.
Cheating or flirting w/ other guys (Once again a hit to the ego)
Not saying "I love you" enough. Maybe it's just because i dated a sweet guy, but he would get really sad if I didn't remind him that I had feelings for him.

Being to bossy. Not trusting when there's no reason not to. Trying to change things about the other person (learn to accept). Thinking that the other person should be with them 24/7 (everyone has different interests and needs time to themselfs).

Playing little head games, like doing things to TRY to make them jealous, being disrespectful to the guy and his friends, demanding to have ALL of his time and insisting that he have no guy time with his friends. Talking baby talk, getting whiney or clingey.

Expecting men to change... if you're going to be someone, make sure that it's because you interested in them for being who they are at that moment. If you happen to change and grow in same direction- that's awesome. If you don't, there's always next time.

Becoming clingy, not give them their spaces, being paranoid, being a control freak, being too *insert any bad qualities here*, acting like you can't live without them and you don't have a personality (don't change for them!) AND rushing things.

Poor communication skills. We can't read your minds. Be direct and honest. And don't assume you know us until you have really spent some time with us. Each guy is different.
