I recommend sticking with fluids for 24 hrs.---water, gatorade, Kool-aid, even jello is okay.

Start with 2 ounces of say 7-up or really flat Coca~Cola every hour until you're confident it'll stay down, then progress gradually.

Flat Coke, where most of the bubbles are gone, is really great to prevent nausea.

If you do the above for 24 hrs and actually start to get really hungry, you'll be okay to start adding in, plain white rice[little salt and butter], or plain toast. Then back to your usual diet.

Hope you're feeling better soon! :)

you should wait at least 8 hours from the last time you vomited, other wise you could trigger the same response and start vomiting all over again. What you can do right now is take sips of water, if that stays down, try small bites of jello, if that stays down after say one hour then try juices. Once the 8 hours is passed, try yogurt and creamed soups.

Start with thin liquids like broth from soup. Then if that does okay, eat some of the noodles with the soup. Have a couple of crackers (plain) and ease back into solid food.

try to drink gatorade, you'll probably really dehydrated and need water and electrolytes

take small sips and wait a minute between each sip

if it was a food poisoning, then the infection can move down and you could have diahrrea tomorrow
