I have a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-S75 and I want an attachable Macro lens for it so I can get some good close up pictures. The camera has a built-in Macro setting, but I want an actual lens just for Macro shots so that they can be higher quality/better resolution. I can't find any Macro lenses compatible with this model though. Are there any that even work with my camera, and if so, where do I find it/them?

actually, there are interchangable lenses that work with my camera, because I have others, just not a macro

No. Your camera does not have interchangeable lenses. To accomplish what you want to do will require the purchase of a DSLR - and a true macro lens.
The Sony A100 with lens is very affordable right now and you can find a Minolta Maxxum AF macro lens on ebay or amazon.com or keh.com or bhphotovideo.com..
