I would complain at the corporate offices. I had an issue once with a retailer ( walmart) and I contacted the home offices. I not only recieved a very heartfelt apology but also a 50 dollar gift card for compensation. Heres an article I wrote about my situation and it gives great steps on how to file a successful complaint.
