So many people tend to be followers and not doers. They don't follow the correct person though.
The only person who can lead us into the right path is life is the Lord.
The youth of today who don't follow the Lord are violent and don't give a hoot about the laws or others.
Yes we will all die. But if you believe in the Lord you will also know that you are preparing for a life everlasting.Which would you rather be? A one day report on the 6 o'clock news telling of a senseless or brutal killing.......or someone who knows and follows the Lords ways and looks for to a life everlasting?
The choice seems quite simple to me. I don't understand why anyone would choose anyway but the Lord's way!!!
God is Good!!!!

Semp, great quest. Bottom line, look at the Roman Empire and our society today. It's a sorry, sad fact, but people would rather follow common man, whom cannot promise anything, not even disappointment than to follow God. We have become so shallow-minded that we will fear, like you said death and tyranny from man, than to just follow God's word.Funny how better off the entire world would be if we followed a peaceful doctrine?

Joshua 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.

I believe in a loving God who does not possess human flaws like jealousy.

Most souls cross over and no idiotic religion has anything to do with it.

I see the hate filled ignorant fundies here everyday and I have come to have ZERO respect for 90% of them.

The leader of these vipers and hypocrites is also the "commander in chief".This man is a monster, a false christian, a war monger, one who takes from the poor and gives to the rich, an abomination to all mankind and an embarrassment to the United States.
