I think you are worried about the Listeria bacteria outbreak at HoneyBaked Ham in November of 2006 in California, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada and Texas.
Listeria can infect the placenta of a pregnant woman and cause a miscarriage or stillbirth. If a baby is born after contracting a Listeria infection (listeriosis), serious illness or death may occur.
However, ham in general is FINE to eat while pregnant provided that it is COOKED PROPERLY.

lol. Calm down. If you are worried about what you can and
can't eat talk to your doctor (you can just call and talk to them)
they should know what is and isn't safe for you to eat. But
really I think you are fine to eat honey baked ham just
in moderation. Congrats!! Oh and I would take the
advice on enjoying sleep now while you can.

I have to disagree with you that honey ham is not going to hurt you or your baby. Raw honey, from the bottle or jar? There's a chance. Honey baked ham? No way.
BUT just to make you feel better, call your dr's office. They get paid a lot of money to take care of you during pregnancy. They can earn their money by answering a question here and there.

You can eat honey baked ham and even lunch meats as long as they are heated up to a internal temp of 165* Fahrenheit

Sweetie, you would have to eat a TRUCKLOAD of ham for that to be a problem. I'm sure you're fine. The baby probably enjoyed it! Yum!
PS- M, you are stupid. 40 weeks is full term, 9 months is an average. You always go by weeks, not months.

you can eat ham anytime in your pregnancy as long as it is fully cooked, and as long as it doesn't make you sick, since you are saying its honey baked ham i'm assuming its lunch meat, you should be ok, just be extra careful that you don't start feeling ill, if you start feeling ill in any way call your doctor immediately. I hope this helped good luck!!!

I just looked on webmd and they didnt say anything about not eating honey when your pregnant. It did have some articles about adding some to your yogurt. If your still worried about it call your doctor or the local hospital and they should be able to tell you.
