I quit one job to go to another, do I have to wait until I get both of my w2 forms to file or can I go ahead and use my last check stub to file for the last job and then file again for the present ?

by law, all w-2's have to be mailed out from the employers by the 31st of Jan. so it's possible you might not get them till Feb or march.

HR Block will only accept last pay stubs until after Feb 15th. I would suggest waiting... because if you report the wrong income, you could end up oweing the IRS.

just be patient.

Once is enough. Wait for both w2's then file.
Less paperwork( for you AND the govt)You will have both w2's by the end of Jan.
Check stubs shopuld only be used if it is absolutely impossible to get a w2, such as, if the place went out of business or closed and you cannot find them.

You file once, and include all of your jobs. If you filed with just the one W-2, you'd have to file an amended return showing both - and trust me, you don't want to get involved with that paperwork.

You need to wait until you have both W-2's, otherwise you will have to file a 1040 X, amended return.
