Red blood cells die after 120 days, and get removed from the blood stream by the spleen. Like wise, white blood cells and platelets die as well. Human blood does get old, but it has a terrfic capacity to renew, through the bone marrow. Too bad human skin and joints arent like that.

A red blood cell only last around 30 days then it is broken down and replaced, so I guess blood doesn't get old.

No because blood cells get old and the spleen helps to destroy those that no longer function like they once did.

No, every cell in the human body or animal body is meant to age and die. Anything material is temporary, even if it lasts a thousands years++, it's still gonna die.

So our bodies don't eventually give out, we just tricked ourselves into believing it does?
This should help your question.
