my ear hurts & i cant hear well.

As per theory of acupuncture kidneys are related to bones, ears, joints and head hair. Your ear pain indicates excess of coldness energy of kidney.

There is no medicine for Ear Ache, H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for RA, OA, Back ache and almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.

I Live on the beach and often have ear problems. The best thing I have found is a n ear wax removal kit which costs abut $4 at Wal-Mart, Sav-On.

Keep Q-tips out of your ear. They cause a great deal of the problem people have with their ears

Well since you do not know if it is swimmers ear (outer ear infection ) or inner (fluid inside of the ear) .. I am guessing inner since you are having trouble hearing.

Take Tylenol sinus medication. Sinus medication drys out the ear and sinus cavities, so that should help, it has a pain killer in it also.

Probably best to see a doctor. My mom used to tell us to go dry our hair, get some warm air in your ear (don't blow directly at your ear though! use caution) and then put cotton in it to keep the heat in. Might help. Or maybe you just need to clean your ears. You can use peroxide.
