Yes, I do.
4 characteristics of the 2nd beast.....
1) It arises after the 1st beast. Rev. 13:11,12
It arose when the first beast was going into captivity. The
Papacy received its dedly wound in 1798 when the French
general Berthier took the pope captive...he died in captivity.
2) The second beast came up out of the earth. Rev.13:11
The 1st beast rose out of or from the sea. (peoples, mult-
itudes, nations and tongues. Rev. 17: 15) It arose out of
Rome from the populated masses of Europe. The second
beast arose from an unpopulated area of the world.
3) The animal chosen to desribe this beast was a lamb.
Rev. 13:11. Lamblike qualities are gentleness, innocence,
and freedom. A lamb is a young animal. The animals in
previous chapters are full-grown animals....established na-
tions. The youthful lamb represents a nation just born.
This new power had no crowns on its horns. Rev. 13:11
This means it had no king. (1st beast had crowns- Rev.13:1
Horns are symbols of power. The lambs two horns
represent a democratic, republican form of government.
4) The new nation arising in 1798 in an unpopulated area of
the earth with features of youthfulness and liberty for all
nations is the United States. Pilgrims landed in 1600's.
In 1798 the pope was taken prisoner by General Berthier.
The United States was recognized as a nation by France,
the same power that inflicted the wound on the 1st beast.
The United States established two seperate authorities-
political and religious. The principle of separation between
church and state was represented by the "two horns like a
lamb." Prophesy says that he will speak like a dragon. Rev.13:11,12 "and causes the earth and them that dwell
therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was
healed."
and..... Will try to coerce everyone to worship the image of the
beast and receive the mark of the beast. Rev. 13:17
They will not be able to buy or sell unless they have this mark.
In order for the United States to form an image of the beast, a religious power must control the civil government. The church will use the authority of the state to coerce conscience.
The Papacy claims, as the sign of its authority, a substitute day of worship. Sunday is a "likeness" to the Sabbath, but it is not the Sabbath. It is a counterfeit day of worship. The United States will establish a likeness to the Papacy by using the power of government to enforce a religious day of worship. In a time of great crisis, the people and their religious leaders will put pressure on their legislators to enforce a common day of religious worship.

Seventh-day Adventists saw the Protestant United States creating an "image" of the beast in Revelation 14ff.
However, I believe that this is a very doubtful interpretation.
There is no explicit reference to the United States of America in the Bible. It can only be read into it in ways that are not widely accepted.
princecurtis7 has it right from the SDA point of view: The lamb like beast in Revelation 13 has been seen as the United States--again very doubtful in this ex-Seventh-day Adventist's opinion.

No. The sort of people who like to claim that the United States is the 'beast' in Revelation are simply ignoring the Roman Empire and are being hypocrites.

Yes, and not too many hold this view but as a christian I believe it is in Rev.13:11, " And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon". Religious freedom to worship God without a pope to deligate over the church. And freedom of a country to have a democracy without a king to rule over us in tyranny. These two are uncrowned horns of America civil power but speaking like a dragon identifies it with Satan's kingdom and governing powers on earth. Just my thoughts.....

Rev 13:12-18; 14:9-11; 15:2; This 'beast' is the USA, the 'beast before' is the Roman Catholic Religion, 'the image of the beast' is a national Sunday law, which will be enforced world wide. 'Those that have gotten the victory over the beast' are those that did not give up the Seventh day Sabbath of the Bible for the Catholic day of the Suns-day worship.

Yeah, considering that the bible was written by a bunch of sheep herders out in the desert thousands of years ago back in the bronze age, I am so sure that they would know anything about the USA.
