I know, Honey. Mankind is pretty stupid, when it comes to killing one another. It is always been easier to destroy, than to build. I support our troops, unconditionally, but the leadership needs tweeking to be able to get the job done. Peace!

The one way to heaven & eternal life is through the son of God. Jesus Christ is the answer unfortunately not many people want to ask the question. As for listening to the Pope, yes a lot of people listen & hear it but they are already part of the law abiding & peaceful.

The catholic church is the biggest scam on earth. The vatican is the enemy of America, and wants to completely takeover this country. They want the U.S. to be under the temporal power of the pope. What other religion has a seat at the U.N.? They are a geo-political organization hiding behind the cloak of religion. The pope may speak of peace, but he supports Bush 100 percent.

The warmongers are much more powerful and money makes the world go round. Besides, religions are the instigators of the bloodiest wars.
In the name of God we conquer !!! How many times we heard that phrase from many religious and non-religious lips?
Then again, religion is a vital part to support the army moral against the infidel.
Popes know that and that makes the speech somewhat hypocritical.

The people that want peace and end to all hostilities do. The ones that do not care for peace don't listen.

No, I NEVER listen, because he's not my pope and because he's done less to promote peace than an ordinary activist in any organization. Not to mention that he actually promotes inequality and exclusivity of his church which is inexcusable. I think he has less to do with maintaining peace than my next door retired neighbour. She at least is not harming anyone.

Well, since RELIGION is the main cause, and has been the main cause of most hostilities on this planet, I would have to tell the pope to actually get off his own *** and do something about it!

These are hollow protestations made for appearances only. The Vatican is obviously happy with the war being waged against Islam in the guise of the war on terror.

Otherwise he would warn all of the world leaders waging these wars based on lies under the false title of a war on terror as a sin and damn them all to hell.

After all thou shall not kill.

The Pope is a separatist, hiding behind an absolutist dogma with no evidence to support it, and asks for peace? Nobody should take the head inmate at the insane asylum seriously.

At the very least, I should hope the Roman Catholics listen and behave accordingly.
