No he does not get told about everything, even if he asks.
Every thing that is classified has 2 things that one must have in order to know about it. One would be the Clearance. The other is even more important.
"NEED TO KNOW"
I had the Half of the combination to several Top Secret safes (Years ago). The president had he asked for that combination would have been told he had no "Need to Know" and would not have been given that combination.

N O, only the personnel who might be working on
such a project if there was one. There are UFOs, but are not in any way associated with beings from outer space!!

No, he does not. Most top-secret information is "compartmentalized", meaning only those working on the project have knowledge of it. The President and certain Joint Chiefs may be given breifings on it, so that they will know how to use it, but it's very basic information.

Theoretically all those secret projects they would have access to.
But realistically they arent going to know about many projects unless someone brings them to their attention.
I am sure that many many projects go on without presidential awareness of them.
I am just saying this in general but of course many of these things would relate to the subjects you mentioned i suppose.
