It depends on the size of the puppy, the size of the crate, if it can all be done on one airline or if your pup needs to change airline and if it is international or domestic.
I can ship a Belgian puppy most places in the lower 48 for about $200-250. On the other hand shipping to and from Europe runs closer to $500.

It will depend upon the size of the pup and where it is going to... Usually you can check online or call the cargo number of an airline and ask and they will tell you. Some size aircrafts going to kind of small places can't take certain sized crates so that needs to be considered but the people at the airlines are usually very helpful about giving information so I would call them. Continental has a very good shipping program as they maintain the animal in a pressurized/climatized area in the plane so usually weather restrictions don't apply and they have been very good when I have shipped dogs. I had some problems with American so I don't use them any more and attempt to use only Continental. Good luck. (oh, it is cheaper to buy the correct sized carrier - dog has to be able to stand up and turn around easily and the two little feeders have to be there - at like Walmart instead of the airlines -- often they don't have the right size or can be more expensive but again they will tell you that on the phone)

WOULD vary> Call the airline you are planning to use and get the requirements and costs. And be sure that the animal will not be in an unpressurized part of the plane.
If you are flying with the animal see what the requirements are to carry on. Small animals can be kept under the seat. Get the vet to give you something to get her to sleep. during the flight. Be sure she goes to pee before the flight and immediately after she lands.

It should cost no more than $230, if you get the puppy from a responsible, honest breeder that it shouldn't cost more that $230, becuase it includes the plane ticket, health cirtificate, and the crate.
If it costs more than most greedy breeders than they are taking a big tip out for themselves! Be careful

It varies based upon the airline - you need to call them.
IF the puppy is flying with you as part of your luggage - it will be $150 on up.
IF the puppy is flying alone - it will be a lot more. Probably around $300. But all airlines are different.

AA and Delta ship for $190. We just had our pup shipped and used Delta.
