Filters connected properly? Connect to every phone you have in your house or apt. Hope the static stops. If that does not work call the phone company and they will help you out if its on their end.

either your phone service cross wires with your internet service or the other way around..or some other service..do you have an alarm systems in your house? I went through the same thing...and my phone company crossed over my alarm system wire and they blamed it on the phone company and visa versa..and I told them to do it on there on line..and do what they had to do..because I can no deal with the screaching in my ears or you don't have the filters on that they provide for you in your packet...

You didn't put the filters on, you have to check all your telephone line connections and put all those filters that you have left ON!.
