My boyfriend and i do not know where to go for New Years Eve and he came up with the idea of a "tattoo bar"...whatever that means....we are both tattoo friends and he would like to go out have fun and watch people get tattoos....if anybody knows please let me know...thanks

When you go in to get a tattoo, you have to sign a waiver that states you aren't under the influence of any sort of drug or alcohol, and any good tattoo artist will not tattoo someone who is drunk.
EDIT: Well, why would SOBER people go to a BAR to get tattooed? What would any sober person be doing in a bar on new years eve?
If you want to watch people get tattoos, stay home and watch some videos on youtube.

I doubt it because you cant get a tattoo when you have alcohol in your system because it thins your blood and your skin wont hold the ink. so drinking and tattooing just do not go together so i doubt that there would be a bar in a tattoo parlour.

There is now a tattoo parlour/bar/gift shop called "Funtazia" in Long Island. Don't know where exactly, but the commercials piss me off.
I think the cafe is right next to the parlour or whatever.

You are not supposed to consume alcohol before getting a tattoo and I doubt there are places that actually condone it.

you can't get a tattoo w/ alcohol in your system so that wouldn't make any sense.
