Ok, I know this is going to sound weird, but my friends mom used to make this white ball looking thing with some ham or some kind of meat all in it...it was sooo good and you could eat it with Ritz crackers......I know what a normal cheeseball is....but hardly anyone has heard of what I am talking about....it is completely white with ham in it....

If you have heard of this....or know the recipe, I would LOVE to know it!!!

it is 1/2 cup chopped ham and 1 cup cream cheese mixed together then rolled into a ball
I make the canned baby shrimp drained, 1 cup cream cheese mixed together, then rolled into a ball and covered with cocktail sauce served with crackers.....

Super Amazing Cheeseball

2 cheeseballs 3½ hours 20 min prep

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons grated onions
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon season salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 ounces canned deviled ham
2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons pimientos, chopped
2/3 cup finely chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients except pecans.
Form into two balls.
Roll balls in pecans until covered.
Wrap in foil and chill for at least three hours.
Serve with crackers.

I make a cheeseball with one package of cream cheese softened and a couple packages of buddy beef depending on how much meat you want in it. That is all I put in mine, but you can add green onions to it if you would like.
