depends on size of the handgun, some areas require 10 round or less clips, some hold up to 18. What kind of 9mm handgun are you looking at.

Depends on the pistol and depends on the magazine (very few 9mms truly use clips which are usually part of the pistol and must be fed from the top rather than removed to load).

I have some magazines that hold 30 rounds of 9mm ammo. Most hold ten to 15 rounds.

Best.

NONE. Never seen a 9mm pistol that uses a clip.

and the Broomhandle Mauser can hold 6 internal or a clip of upto 40...

It varies greatly depending on the make and model of the handgun and the clip chosen. I have seen 5 shot clips and 32 shot clips but most hold 9 to 12 rounds.

There are also a variety of 9mm rounds.

It varies widely from model to model and maker to maker.

A Star Firestar 9mm held 7-rounds of 9 mmP ammo, and I've seen Calico 9 mmP pistols with a 50 round helical magazine.

And I've seen many different capacities between the two extremes.

It could be anywhere from 8 to 30 or more, depending on the manufacturer and magazine.

While it's commonly called a "clip" in movies and by the uninformed, people that know guns insist on it being called by it's correct name, the "Magazine" or, for short, the "mag".

A "Clip" exists, it's actually a device used by some firearms, that is different than a magazine. No modern pistol uses a clip.

Varies from handgun to handgun.

A Glock 19, depending on which mag you buy, can hold 15 (standard mag), 17, 19, or even 33.

SIG Sauer P229 can hold 10 or 13 rounds, depending on the mag.

Kahr K9 can hold 7.

Etc, etc, etc.

It depends on the gun if its a revolver or semi-auto, revolvers usually hold, 5 or 6. But a semi-auto like my Beretta can hold 10(if you live in ca) - 30 rounds, Yes thats 30 rounds in one clip for a 9mm pistol.

I've seen them that hold any where from 7 rounds in the magazine, up to 33. It depends on the make, size and intended use of the pistol.
