me and my ex boyfriend broke up after 7 months becasue we were going to diffrent highschools and we werent able to see each other. that was in the end of augest. but i still having feelings for him even though we are both seeing other people! is this bad? do i dump my new boyfriend? or stay with him and let time pass???

It sounds as if you aren't really connecting with your new boyfriend, since if you were you would probably have gotten over the ex by now. If you and the ex only split because of distance even though you still cared for each other, it may take a while for you to get over it.
This new relationship may have been a rebound one, just to get you back on your feet. You should evaluate how you really feel about the guy. If you feel you are just dating him to occupy your time and have somebody it can be very hurtful.
