Here is the rule that I grew up with (and I am 21 years older than you)

5 foot equals 100 lbs.

5 lbs for every inch over five feet.

But with age I would say an extra five to 15 lbs. is going to be normal.

So at 21 you should weight 120, but at 45 I would think 135 to 140 is totally acceptable.

You are at an age when you have a fast metabolism. Eat healthy, and try using 2-3# weights to add a little muscle/tone to your body. Continue a healthy diet because as you get older, your metabolism will slow down! Also, don't give yourself a complex about this, nor let anyone else do it either. I am a female, 37, 6' tall.....and was 6' tall when 16 yrs. old also.
