I don't think people have understood the question, do you?
People, I think what she's trying to say is, do you, personally, believe it is worse for a person to believe in what you think is a false God, or to believe in no God at all?
Oh, I can answer, then. I'm agnostic. I personally think Atheism is better, as long as they know that they don't -believe- in God, and don't try to say they -know- there is none. I think it's brave of them to admit that believe they're not actually getting any help in their life, and it's all up to them. Plus, religions are very hypocrital. If the Christian Bible is proof God exists, why do they believe Judaism is a false religion, when they have the same kind of "proof"?

I don't think it matters. Being religious doesn't make you a better person. As a Christian it doesn't matter whether you attend church or not it is accepting Jesus that does. Many religions have rules that you should or should not follow to prove that you are religious. None of that stuff truly matters and is what gives "religions" a bad rep. There are many people who attend churches that only show up for appearances and make no attempt to change their life outside the church. I truly belive that this is far worse than not having any "religion" at all.

Religion is man made that is a fact that no one can deny, even my own, and it does not matter if the religion is a big or small, most of them cause problems. man uses them to control, and have power over the weak. What is better is to have faith not only on God, but in one's self.

Every one needs something to believe in whether its god or the Easter bunny it doesn't really matter after all religion is a term to describe a set of beliefs nothing more. My religion is music.

I think that each individual person should decide for themself whether they would prefer to follow a religion or not. I dont think that anyone should be forced to follow any one religion. Also, people can have their own beliefs without following a religion; they dont have to have a set guide. There should be a freedom of choice as to whether or not to follow a religion, and people should be free to choose which religion to follow.

Well, i've been told that it's healthier to have religion in your life because it helps you lead a better life and have faith. As a christian I belive that It is better because you feel like you have someone you can come to and you always know someone loves you. I dont think it matters which branch you are or anything like that as long as your a good person and you have God in your life.

This depends on the individual. I don't believe religion is, or should be, one size fits all. I think organized religion is bad. Personal spiritual paths are fine so long as people don't force them on others.

It really depends on you. If you need someone else to tell you how to live then absolutely you need help. But which religion do you pick? Which of these people have been spoken to by God. And were told to tell you how to live by God.

You're asking the wrong people. In order to find an unbiased answer to your question you must ask atheists for their opinion also.
Only then can you come to an informed conclusion...or were you just looking for similar minded people to tell you you're right to believe in a god?
