UK employers generally can not abide by employing workers without the proper authorization. When my brother and I were there we tried getting six different places (who all SAID we could work) to find ways for a fee, and we paid, and lost our money. It's not an easy thing to do.
My suggestion: do it legally. Wait. Do it properly, then you won't be deported when they find out you are illegal. They do things like that in the UK, just not here.

Employers who wanted cheap labor will likely accommodate illegal workers in UK.

Why not do things legally ? Wouldn't it be better?
