The wording of you question could change the answer.

You say "withdrawal of consent". If you initially consented, and then changed your mind, I think this would be difficult to prove in itself, without some other action such as pushing away or shaking your head "no".

If there never was consent in the first place, it could be illegal even without the crying.

If it is not clear the activity is welcomed, it should not happen.

What is wrong with saying NO...????
or a swift kick in the guys whatsits would do better.
A lot of women weep at there first time, a lot of men do too.
If you seriously didn't want this guy to have sex with you then you should have told him.
If you did tell him and he carried on regardless then he has raped you and he should be arrested and brought to justice.
You should really think about this as the decision you make WILL affect his and your life.
If he has raped you then he should be punished.

If someone is crying during sexual activity it is a pretty good sign that something is wrong. The other person would be well advised to stop whatever he or she is doing and check things out.

Depending on the context, it COULD indicate withdrawal of consent. If you are facing a specific issue, you really need to have this conversation with a lawyer.

No, some people cry during moments of extreme pleasure and happiness. If you don't want to do things, push them away from you.

You asked this earlier, if the person is crying because they dont want to carry on, then yes you should stop' if you carry on then you have no respect for that person.

Always have your Solicitor present, and consent signed in triplicate.
