Did God intend for you not to be able to spell or form a proper sentence?
To answer your questions, I believe we will be able to 'create' a synthetic ant in the near future. We can clone them at this moment and advancements are being made everyday.
We can prevent car accidents by improving the technology of the vehicles, ensuring that people are adequately trained and strict enforcement of the local laws and regulations.
There are many types of cancers that we can help people to recover from.
Advancements are also being made towards a cure for AIDS. I am confident they will find one in the not so distant future.
God has nothing to do with any of this, this is science. You can not say that God allowed everyone to have 'free will' so they may think for themselves and make their own decisions and then turn around and give him the credit for other people who made scientific discoveries...

Atheists can do no more than a religious zealot can. They do expect though that answers to questions to be found by science. Not in some text written 2000 plus years ago by unknown authors who thought the sky was supported on mountain tops or pillars.
At present Aids is not curable but is controllable. Their is no such thing as a car accident. Accidents are best defined as acts of nature such as being struck by lightning. Designing, operating, maintaining autos is something humans do and sometimes unsafely causing wrecks, breakdowns, etc.
Many types of cancer are "curable" thanks to the discoveries of science. A lot more to be learned about cancer. Prevention will become the goal.
There are enough ants. Why would anyone waste their time trying to create one? It took nature billions of years to do it. Hard to recreate that in a laboratory.

I am not an atheist, but TV journalists have followed up on some of the people that Benny Hinn (as an example) pronounced healed and some of them later succombed to the very things Benny Hinn said that God healed them of....esp AIDs. He doesn't do follow ups on all these people that he pronounces healed.
Have you ever noticed that people who are quadriplegic or paraplegic are never healed onstage by preachers? That people who are missing limbs are never healed onstage by preachers? Why is that? Could it be because some things are not easily seen (cancer, AIDs) and other times people are in a wheelchair but CHOOSE to get out of it from time to time as their energy permits them to?
In fact why were they afflicted in the first place? Were the ones who were afflicted less worthy than the ones who weren't? Were the ones who were supposedly healed more worthy than the ones who weren't?
How many televangelists are taking widows last social security penny with the widow story(ie send the televangelist money and God will send the "prayer partner" money idea), only for the televangelist to live in luxury with jets, mansions, servants, and limos while the prayer partner lives from paycheck to paycheck or worse? How many of the televangelists are found to be doing the very sins that they tell others not to do?

Car accidents are prevented by people all over the world who have quick reflexes or by those who choose not to drive. Some people with cancer are healed by medical science. People with AIDS live longer because of science and medical research.

Ants create ants, but I am not sure of their religious affiliation.
I try to prevent car accidents every time I drive (so far so good).
I know several atheist doctors that have cured cancers in people.
What's your point?
If I get sick I plan on going to the atheist doctor instead of the preacher...

I agree with another answer...can you? I think not.
By the way since we're all being philosophical here...if your god is so powerful, why does he allow people to die in car accidents, or of aids, or cancer. Are the people that are healed from those things more worthy than the people who have died? Everyone dies at some point.

It isn't an issue of whether or not an Atheist "can". Christians can't create either. Neither can any Christian prevent an accident or heal anyone. The New Testament says "I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me". It is the power of Christ that rocks the world of the Christian, not anything we do.

Does this question have a point? Cuz I can't see it.
Noone can create anything, whether you're Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, whatever. We don't control time or space or the rotation of the planet or anything, and I'm not really sure how this life works but I'm sure of one thing. You didn't ask a question that you don't already know the answer to.

Yes. Yes. Yes. All of the above.....Genetics, Science and Medicine, as opposed to 'Intelligent Design'', 'Theology' and 'Creationism'. I don't require any circular logic, sophist-like, quasi-intellectual, albeit, delusional argument to prop up a debunked philosophy.......I leave that to those who can no more think for themselves than can they make sense of the 21st century.
If your god ever did exist, then surely he must have made you both ignorant and naive for a reason......ie. to prove that you are not the most evolved creature on this planet.
