No one can give you an exact workout or eating regimen unless they know your exact body type and eating habits but as a rule always drink plenty of water! Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Make sure you are getting protein with every meal to keep up your energy levels and to curve those cravings for sweets and carbs(if you have cravings). If your not working out you need to get started that's the key to losing weight and toning up your body. You can also visit Self.com and they will make you a fitness regimen for your body type as well as a food menu just for you all for free!!!! They have workout videos and more. Trust me its worth it to at least take a look! Good Luck and Stay Fit!!

There are diets, excersize videos, and magizine work-outs
or basic work outs

For diets, there are South Beach Diets, Jenny Craig, ect. You can apply online, or in person.

Excersise videos, you can go to Blockbuster or Hastings to get videos, also you might catch some excersise shows in the morning (weekdays) you can record and keep doing them.

You magizines page work out. My sis does the one out of Seventeen Magazine and they really work. It takes her about 5-15 minutes for like 2 weeks and shes got a great body.

Basic work outs: running, jogging, bike riding, rolar blading, anything with physical activity!

Jumping on a trampoline will work wonders. Unfortunately, this isn't the time of year for that!

Riding a bike and walking are good for the legs/thighs.

Avoid eating fat and greasy foods. Drink lots of water and eat a lot of vegetables!

Eat 5 small meals a day! Drink protein shakes and exercise 3 times a week for an hour! You'll be there in no time!

Spinning at the gym will help you to lose weight fast, also a good balanced diet without bread.

Best of luck!
