YES!
On a golfing vacation to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina I played one. There is a course on the North Carolina/South Carolina border that has a par 6. The course is called Farmstead Golf Links & their 18th hole is a par 6 over 700 yards long. This par 6 tees off in South Carolina and has it's green in North Carolina.

I have played the same one as brioma33. The Farmstead Golf Links. Here is a description of the Par 6 on the 18th hole -- Routed along a spectacular piece of land, the course boasts one of the most memorable holes in Myrtle Beach -- its mammoth, 767-yard, 18th hole. The area's only par 6, this finishing hole actually begins with a drive into a wide sweeping fairway in South Carolina and concludes on a large undulating green in North Carolina.
It is really cool because the whole course is on the border of NC and SC but thats the only hole that is in both.
I got par on that hole. My uncle (who is on the PGA tour) got eagle and my dad got birdie. My brother got bogey.
It is a tough hole but still very fun.

Lake Chabot golf course in Oakland California had one. The 18th measured 666 and was mostly downhill. It had been reached in 2 in the summer. I believe it now plays as a par 5.

I never have but I have heard that there are a few of them in the world. Most of us have a difficult enough time with par 3s, 4s and 5s.
