1. It is 'losing' not 'loosing'
2. Net Weight Loss =EnergyOut-EnergyIn
3. There are 3500kcal/lb
4. Follow the recommended food guide produced by your region/government.
5. Cut down on portion sizes
6. Do cardio at least 30 mins 5 times a week
7. Watch the weight melt off and be happy! Give yourself a month to start to see results.

8. THE MOST IMPORTANT rule is: "If you want to stay at the same weight or look the exact same as you are then keep doing exactly what you're doing right now. If you want to look better and feel better than start making changes and your body will adjust accordingly."

Your body is constantly burning calories just to keep all of your motor functions going.

But if you're wanting to loose a good amount of weight, then you should eat less than you are burning.

Google search a BMI (Body Mass Index) calculator and figure out how many calories your body burns a day by just being alive lol then you can calculate how much you should eat etc.

the basic premise of fat loss is to be burning more calories than you consume, its true. this is also true of weight loss although the way you eat makes a huuuuge difference as to whether you are losing fat or just weight. to lose fat you need to balance out your diet a little bit more with a ratio of 50% cal a day from whole grain carbs/fruits/veggies, 30% from lean proteins and 20% from healthy fats. eating fats does not cause excess body fat...eating too many calories, period is because any food in excess will be stored as body fat. its wrong to cut way back on fat because your body needs fats to manufacture hormones, cell walls...ect. some of these hormones will be helping you drop body fat and if you don't have enough of them, it may hinder your progress. its also wrong to cut waaaay back on carbs because your body considers them the most perfect and are most preferred as an energy source. keep your protein high but not too high as it will severely dehydrate you and have other negative physiological effects. so let me give you an example:
say your shooting for 1500 calories a day (between 1400-1800 is good for weight loss. you just have to play around with what number works best for your individual body type)
*carbs: 50% of 1500cal=750cal 750cal/4cal per gram = 187.5grams of carbs each day
*protein: 30% of 1500cal = 450cal 450cal/4 cal per gram = 112.5grams of protein each day
*fat: 20% of 1500=300cal 300/9 cal per gram = 33.3 grams of fat per day

Its body FAT that makes you FAT. then its the LOOSING WEIGHT which REMOVES the FAT. so in other word's, its the exact same thing. the fat on the body has to be "lost" in order to "lose weight". So therefore, if your losing weight, your killing off fat from your body.

burning calories is not burning fat. The only way to burn fat is to weight train. Not like body building but like wear ankle weights when you walk. Get light weights to lift. I used a video called The Firm. It is an aerobic weight training. We use light weights mixed with aerobics to burn fat faster and increase metabolism.

you should be ok. It is true to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in. However you are losing both weight and bodyfat. If you are lifting weights (and you should be), very low weight and high reps for women. You may gain a bit of weight (muscle weight), but you will still lose bodyfat. Which means you may weight a bit more, but will look a lot better in a bathing suit...

Do not skip foods. Your body will revert in order to starvation mode and store even the tiniest amount of fat content in whatever you subsequently eat, causing you to reduce your metabolism and put about weight.

You don’t need to exercise for long periods of time. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results if you work hard. Get a passing up rope, skip for two moments, do push ups for about a minute, skip for two minutes, rest for one minute. Then change the push up to something else like sit ups and do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a quick, effective workout that will recover results than a long manage or swim.

thats the case when losing fat, when losing weight though, you should try and burn more Calories than you take in.. losing weight is different than just losing fat because it includes any muscle that is lost as well.. best of luck
