Don't give it to them raw.
They can eat it if it's all the way cooked.
Raw will give them worms and a taste for blood.

Your best bet would to not give them pork at all. It's too much of a risk. Raw pork especially can make them extremely ill.

Cats are meant to eat raw meat. Their digestive systems are shorter than ours, so they can safely eat things that humans cannot - like raw meat. (But that doesn't mean you should ever give them any questionable meats - if you think it might have gone over, toss it in the garbage.)
I'll just second what Old Cat Lady said about pork. There are so many other good meats for cats to eat - pork is not the first choice for anyone who feeds raw. I believe one reason is that it's just too fatty for them to eat on a regular basis.
So I'd pass on the pork, but you can certainly look into other common meats such as chicken or turkey.

RAW PORK is one of the only type of meat you should NOT give raw!!!
Others are okay, if into the raw food diet, although I only give my cats/dogs raw beef.
Agree with one reply,... it has worms larvae and can give worms more so than the other types of meat.
Cook pork is more acceptable.

No! Don't feed a cat raw pork! It's full of worms--make sure it's fully cooked--just like for people. Same with chicken --maybe not worms but full of bacteria. Make sure its fully cooked.

Raw pork can carry tapeworms, so that would be ill advised.
