I went on the dept of transportation site and it gave me 2 similiar categories....Duplicate Photo ID Card.........Photo Identification Card. Which one is it????? how much does it cost?

I don't believe that there is any way that you can simply request of 'new photo' for your license. You need to RENEW the license ($15) completely. The 'duplicate' request will simply give you a duplicate of exactly what you currently have.

The same price of a new license (was 12.50; did it go up to 15?). And you want a license, NOT A PHOTO ID CARD. Those are just ID cards issued by the state (like if you don't have a license and still want to buy alcohol, etc.). Go the the DMV (the New Castle DMV has been surprisingly quick the last two times I was there) and you can get straightened out in no time. Remember, they always are quickest in the mornings (less people waiting).
