no you cant,it would have had to have come with it,i don't think they cant be added later on,good luck.

Possibly, carefully pull up your carpet and check the floor for indentations in the vicinity of where the 3rd seat would be located. If you can take some measurements from an '03 with an original 3rd seat, that would be give you a much better idea of the location. I'm sure holes would have to be drilled for bolts and possibly a larger hole for a recessed mount if that's how it's mounted. If you can find the factory location and can determine what you need and are comfortable doing the work yourself, go to your local salvage yards and buy what you need including the seat if available. If you can remove the parts yourself, it will be a good training exercise for installation. Be careful of under floor equipment, brake and fuel lines, etc.

Not safely. The benches are secured down into the floor of the car. You could build one to fit and then nail it down really tightly though. But you can't go to your Dodge dealer and buy an extra row.

it wouldnt be incredibly safe.
But you could drill some holes and bolt-er-down.
the rear seat for the 78 Ramcharger makes a great extra, when you need one.
we welded one into the back of my buddys elcamino.
