I got my eyes dilated in the beginning of Dec. and I been seeing these light foggy little particles especially I see it if I look at a wall..It kinda looks better from the past but it's still there. It's those things that like if u rub your eyes too hard or blind a lot of times, you see those. I can't really tell when I'm in the sunlight but I see it in a dark place especially. What do u think might be wrong?? That was also my first time getting my eyes dilated too.

I believe these are what you would call "floaters." You can talk to an opthalmologist, but I wouldn't worry about them. I've had floaters for forty years, and most of the time I just ignore them. I don't believe they are dangerous in any way.

It COULD be what is typically called "floaters"...little black specs seen on light backgrounds...common in those of us that are nearsighted and have astigmatism...(like me...20/400 each eye as well)...They are commonly little burst blood vessels in the eye...totally harmless...however, you should probably call your eye Dr and let him/her know what's going on...just to be on the safe side...

They actually might be floaters. Floaters do not need no be black specs, they are usually just lines. They look like this.

If what is in the picture is what you have, then they are floaters. They are harmless.
