I just measured the total amount of water i drink every day, and i was shocked. I drink an average of 160 oz of water everyday. And 60 of those oz. are green tea. Is that healthy? And if not, then how much should i be drinking?

nothing wrong with that amount, and the green tea is an excellent choice.

Drink as much water as you can. It keeps your body hydrated and you won't have so many wrinkles when you get older. It also flushes out your body. Keep up the good work!

you can drink as much water as you want.. as long as you use the restroom to flush out the toxins in your body... if you drink an excess amount of water and you don't use the restroom.. it can be bad on your health... you can also die of water intoxication... just be careful..

As long as you don't drink it all at once.

You might want to go to your doctor and tell him this. If your always thirsty, it's a sign of diabetes or other disease.
