....yeah ...take advice from some redneck who is not even able to spell the word "american" right (see the previous post).

American cars are known as being unreliable. If you can afford buy European , if not japanese ...Subaru Impreza WRX is a great car.

Are you looking for power, good MPG? Do you have a lot of money to spend??? I would look for a good used AudiA3, personally. It has turbo 2.0 liter, goes 0-60 in 6.7 with it's new DSG (No torque converter) auto and gets 38+ on the highway. If you like crossovers, I would go for the Acura with the turbo 2.3 in it. Test drove one last week, WOW!!!!Don't rule out the Saab turbo 2.0, either. It's getting around 32 MPG and is a blast to drive. It is now part of GM, so you can get discounts.
