Ditto to what the other answerers said. Use the stovetop, or if you don't have that available to you, you could use a Foreman grill (I sometimes do this, but watch out for cheese sliding out). And if you are really in a tough spot, I see no reason you couldn't just pop it in the microwave. It'll melt the cheese and heat the tortillas, though they won't get nice and crispy like they would in a skillet with a bit of oil.
Bon appetit!

Heat up a pan and add some oil (you can also use non-stick) and just place the quesadilla in the pan and brown on one side...flip over and brown the other side. Yummy quesadillas that are cripy.

we make quick snack quesadillas at home by putting the tortilla in the microwave with the cheese and whatever else on top. put it in flat, nuke 30 seconds to 1 minute depending and then fold over.
when i make them for real, i do it in a large saute pan. heat up the tortilla till its warm and flexible. then put everything in, fold it over with a spatula and keep flipping (over medium heat) until everything is heated through and melted. like grilled cheese. if you don't want to fold it and use two whole tortillas, you'll just have to use two spatulas to flip it over. enjoy.

Try a griddle or a skillet. I don't use the oven anyway. Just be careful not to over cook it. Try some cooking spray as opposed to cooking oil.

You don't use the oven, anyway.
Put a bit of oil in a skillet, get it hot, put in your tortilla, the filling and either put another shell on top of fold it over, cook one side, flip, cook the other.

I use a skillet or griddle, you just need a little skill when flipping them over.
