I dont over eat, I have one cup of coffee at work, I dont eat too much sodium (i rarely salt anything), I exercise 30-60 min 3-4 times per week. I wake up some mornings and my tummy just feels so full, bloated, gasy..and sticking out after i havent eaten for like 12 hours, but the way it looks you would think I JUST ate a HUGE meal. Its rediculous, I dont deserve to have a gut when i watch what I eat, exercise, etc.... Any suggestions??

it's a combination of what you eat, and how much or little you eat. If for instance, you tend to eat more vegetables they break down in the gut and produce gas, and if you eat more meats, they take longer to break down and again you have a fermentation issue and gas. The key is to eat a balanced diet, in small more frequent amounts.

The way you eat can possess a slight problem..such as drinking out of a straw can cause you to swallow excess amounts of oxygen it was a prob. i ran into.... pork can cause it green beans and soforth..... I suggest taking gasx or some generic knock off to unbloat you....it works....worked for me....took it for about 3 days after meals and i stopped getting bloated...Jj

If it's not what you eat...I don't know. Are you lactose intolerant? Maybe mildly? I have the same problem if I drink too much milk, or a really heavy yogurt.

your work out schedule seems fine.. just make sure that you are not under eating.. if you still think something is wrong.. maybe you should consult your doctor or maybe a nutritionist.. they may know what is going on if you see no results of your hard work...
good luck...
