If junk food is a regular food in your diet, then yes you will lose weight! I'm happy to see someone making a change. But don't forget, it's really hard to cut those things out, so make sure you're focused and once you've past the first 3 days, it shouldn't be as hard anymore. Good luck in your journey of becoming healthier!

okay i did the same thing this last year. yes you will lose a little bit of weight. but see when you cut out these things, you're also cutting out calories and food from your body that you would normally eat in the day; so in other words make sure to just replace the junk food with healthy stuff like vegetables or fruits or something. DO NOT just cut out "snacks" during the day completely. fruits are good and theres a huge variety.

Also, cutting out these fatty foods and snacks WILL definitly have an effect on your body's digestive system. you will see a difference in your bowel movements, going to the bathroom (#2) only ever 2, 3, sometimes 4 days. if it exceeds a week, talk to a doctor. dont just take laxatives because that will have a very bad effect.

Hi

It will definitely help you to lose weight..and most importantly you might just add a decade or two to your life spam by cutting out junk food from your diet . However you must not overeat on the healthy "stuff" either.

I personally have lost nearly 30 lbs by using Herbalife products and kept it off for the past 9 years. These products have also helped me to cut my craving for junk food. I still enjoy some "junk food" once in a while, but it does not have a hold on me anymore....

confident, you will drop pounds and experience extra effective. i'm a weight-relief plan Coke addict at the instant being self-rehabbed with green tea and you do experience extra effective without soda. you probable are dropping some lbs. Hit a scale and spot for your self. do no longer drink juice. on an identical time as fit than soda, it nevertheless has an identical quantity of energy, sort of. you would be extra effective off getting the food from the fruit itself. in case you're a vegetarian, you're already on the ideal path. in case you prefer to lose extra weight, limit your carbs. i'm no longer asserting which you would be able to desire to devour in simple terms 50 grams of carbs an afternoon or something, yet attempting to crowd out carbs by employing upping your fruit and veg consumption is a robust ingredient.

no. tht'd be stupid. "wat if..." never works out. How about you cut out high fructose corn syrup and trans fat and artificial/unneccessary additves from your food consumption. And excercise everyday. Then you might see a change.
