I don't eat alot of salty foods or anything fried. During the holidays it's alot of sugary snacks. I only blow up like a puffer fish when I eat sugar. No problem laying off the sugar any other time of the year. Because I ate with my tastebuds and not with my head. It's a little late to be thinking of what I shouldn't have done in the first place. So how do I get some relieve?

It's my face, hands and feet that are swollen.

Drink a LOT of water, that's the first thing. Get some probiotics (I like the liquid kind) to help your gut. I would recommend bromelain and papain tablets (contains papaya and pineapple enzymes) which will help the bloat. You should always take digestive enzymes in situations where you might "bloat."

There are several anti-gas medications on the market, Gas-X is the only one that comes to mind at the moment. I've never tried them but they may be of some help to you. I hope!

You could also try wearing looses fitting clothes and maybe a little tummy massage.

Good luck, hope you feel better soon...and watch the sugar! ;)
