Is it your primary residence or just a weekend resort?
If you use it as a primary residence, I believe you'd be able to do anything you would be permitted to do in any other private residence.
However, you would be well advised to check with the Fish and Game Department's legal department, and the State Attorney General's office. Get their opinions in writing, and ask them to cite appropriate laws.

That sounds like a big no, no.
Firearms are illegal on most lakes. If you have a firearm in your boat then any game officer will assume you are hunting swimming animals and you will be charged with such. Call your local law enforcement and they can let you know what (if any) firearms are legal to carry on the water in your area

In almost all states, if you have it loaded when the boat is under weigh, you are in violation of several laws, just as if you were carrying it in a motor vehicle.

Depends on the body of water you are boating on. You will have to check the regulations for the various lakes or rivers you will be using.
