Any white fish that's not fried (i.e. baked anything). Shellfish like shrimp or even lobster, if you hold all the melted butter are fine. Sides might be harder to tell. Anything that is fried or has a creamy sauce would be out. Steamed veggies and rice would be low cal. Hope this helps. :) However, splurging once in a while isn't going to hurt you, I promise!

Grilled or Broiled shrimp are low in calories. Grilled fish is fairley low, it depends on the type of fish it is. For sides, choose vegetables, grits are low in calories, slaw is not too bad. No French Fries. A medium sized baked potatoe usually has 200-300 calories in it. Be careful with the butter though. If you can, drink unsweet tea or water.

A baked fish (i like flounder) with a great mixed green salad. Sounds wonderful right now. Be sure the fish is not swimming in butter when the bake it. and don't do some of the high fat fishes like shark, tuna. Ask your waiter, what they have that is fresh and low in fat content.!

i believe its the small california rolls, dont have that soup stuff, it is full of salt AND loads of calories, basically...anything is fine, (other than the soups) in moderation, have 6-7 rolls, and thats low calorie enough!
if youre really concerned, have water as your drink :)

-All sorts of salads for example a shrimp salad (greens, avocado, mango and shrimp).
-Coctail shrimp
-Seafood soup (I don't mean chowder of course, that one is pretty greasy)
-Grilled salmon with grilled veggies (peppers, asparagus etc)
if the meal is too big then just have half of it)

tilipia, or mahi mahi either grilled, broiled, steamed, or char grilled with a side of vegetables (make sure you request them plain steamed, most of the time they cook them in unhealthy stuff)

I would think any baked whitefish should be good. Stay away from deep fried.
