Leftovers? The only leftover we have was planned ... I have a big pitcher of clam nectar in the fridge to drink over the next day or two ... really GOOD clam nectar, because there's no extra salt added, and only garlic for 'spice.' We had 'hors d'oeuvres' yesterday, and we didn't buy much, because we don't need much. We are both FAT with SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS, and we are going to start a new 'eating pattern' so we can lose weight and get more fit ... yes, we did 'indulge' a little over the holiday, but not that much, and we are already losing weight ... which feels REALLY GOOD, because we love each other, and we plan on living to a 'really ripe old age' despite our health problems. Getting BETTER for each other is a POWERFUL Christmas gift, after all.

I brought some to lunch.. I cleaned the bird and made some turkey BBQ and the rest will be stored in containers and used for future meals until gone.

In fact, hams and turkeys are still on sale, and now is the time to stock up. I really hate most deli cold cuts due to the nitrates they use in them.

Whole unprocessed meats (as much as you can find them) make the best sandwiches anyway.

freeze them and do not let it go to waste. This way you could have some in 2 or 3 weeks from now
