Im very busy person, since i started working in an office i find my belly getting bigger, i used to have a very sexy lovegrabs and abs, how can i shrink it off? can someone suggest an easy desk exercise and a drink i can take? no pills please, if there is, kindly suggest.

sorry but there's no easy fix, people don't go to the gym because they like pain. I don't know of any desk exercises, I keep a gripper at my desk, but that won't help your belly. I'm sorry but I think good ol' fashioned exercise is they only way. Try just doing situps or leglifts while your watching TV when you get home.

p.s. (I feel your pain, I just got moved inside a few months ago and it's taken it's toll)
