Ours is a home schooling website by which foreigners can learn chinese one-on-one online from professional Chinese teachers .Before choosing their classes, you can expierence free trial with live chinese teacher. and the price is reasonable, you can take private chinese lessons for as low as US $ 4.5 per lesson! If you have any questions, you can get help online from live teachers from china.
Email: ChineseCast@eChineseLearning.com
Skype/Paltalk ID: chinesecast or echineselearning
But I don't know whether it is the kind of website you need.

Home schooling websites specialising in what???

Do you mean sites specialising in information about homeschooling? (and if you do, homeschooling where? In what country?)

Or do you want sites that you can garner information for lessons from? (And if so, which subjects? what sort of ability?)

Or ideas/resources for your own studying? (again, subject? ability?)

Or biographical websites? Peoples' experiences of homeschooling?

Or a million and one other genres of 'home schooling websites'??

Let me know what sort of homeschooling websites you need and I'll do my best to post the ones I know of.
