Sweet pickle relish, along with mayo, yellow mustard, salt, pepper and a good dash of roasted chipotle pepper, then top the eggs with some good paprika....YUM! If you don't have the chipotle pepper then add a tiny bit of horseradish. Very good.

I always use sweet pickle relish in deviled eggs along with a little sweet pickle juice. I also use a little mustard with the mayo/miracle whip. However, to save on hassle and dish washing, I use a reclosable plastic storage bag ("zip-lock") for the yolks and stuff. Close and massage to mix, cut a corner and squirt the mix into the whites and then discard the bag.

No...my husbands family uses relish and I hate it! Taste too sweet. I just chop up dill pickle in mine.
