Every person, past, present, and future is a child of God and have the potential of being with Him for eternity. However, like all children everywhere they (the earthly children) can follow the directions and teaching of their parents or rebel. By rebelling they place themselves outside the fellowship of the family and in so doing walk away from that fellowship. This is what happens to God's children when they are disobedient. They are the losers.
