I suffer from misalignments in my spine.. i really wish there was more i could do at home and not have to see the chiro 2 -3 times a week. Can i do anything at home to help ease the discomfort? Is there anyway i can re-align myself at home? my sacrum is also a problem.. it hurts, i also get pain in the heals of my feet. i think its all related. any advice?

I suggest you seek medical help. First x-ray, mri, then ask the Doctors what they can do to help you. They will then advise. Good Luck

If you are really serious and are willing to take the time, you should check out a book by Peter Egoscue. The Egoscue Method of Health Through Motion. It is only like $15 at your local book store, you may even want to check out a used book store around your area. Hope this helps

May be you have a slipped disc. For this you need physiotherapy. You can not fix it yourself as it is a very delicate matter. If you do some wrong exercises, you can cause more damage to yourself.
