OK. So for Xmas I cooked a maple glazed ham....

Like normal, I have TONS of left overs........

However, this is the first year I have done a ham and don't know any great "left over ham" recipies to use the ham with.

If you have any, please share!

Oh and if possible make sure they have no cheese or milk as I am lactose-intolerant. (and before you ask, no I don't want to just take the pills and eat the dairy anyway. I prefer to not chance it . . . becaue it HURTS when they don't work. . .)

Mag, or answer sucks. I didn't ask for advice on how to not have left overs. I ask for what to do with my CURRENT LEFT OVERS.

and if all else fails, cut it into portions and freeze it. Then you have ham for any of the recipes you just pull out, thaw and add. Makes for quick meals when your pressed for time!

Everything that I make has dairy in it...just make sandwiches for you to be safe...freeze the rest:

Scalloped potatoes and ham ...includes cheese and milk
Quiche....eggs, cheese and milk

I would buy myself a package of white beans...throw the ham, the beans, and an onion into the crockpot...and let it simmer away.

A nice loaf of bread to dip in it would be good.

Scalloped potatoes, bean soup, crepes, sandwiches, grind up forham salad, freeze part of it. The list goes on. Do you buy lactose free milk? Then you can use it in everything.
