If you plan to run it on regular TV - make sure, that your TV is multizone (most of modern TVs are). If you plan to run it on HDTV - doesn't matter, signal is digital. PS3 games are region free, but PS1/2 games and movies aren't. You'll need a heavyweight power converter 220V->110V 50hz->60hz 500W. That console will be unofficially imported, so you won't have an official warranty.

Yes it will work becuase its region free.But the ps2 games from the UK will not work on a USA ps3 becuase the ps2 games are region locked

yes defo but not blu ray dvds u wil need to import from america as dey r not region free but games r hope tis helps
