There is no true meaning of "spirituality". The term, spirituality, is a vague word whose range of meanings goes from simple awe of nature to belief in spirits and souls.

In practice, it is used as a euphemism for emotional attachment to religious beliefs. People don't like to say they believe because it makes them feel good to believe it is true, so they say it is a spiritual experience. A spiritual experience sounds much more mysterious and authoritative than an emotional experience.

Human integration can span a range of topics depending on how you mean it.

Although I don't necessarily agree with your so called "true" definition of spirituality. Integration means taking the individual parts and combining them to create one inclusive whole.
