Yes.

Heaven will be full of stem cells, embryos, fetuses, and fertilized eggs, all blissfully praising the Lord for all of eternity.

If that sounds bizarre, compare with this apparently serious answer from above:

"LMAO..the stem cells don't go to heaven. The baby that was killed so the stem cells could be harvested does."

Er, um, okay.

Ah, regretfully the religious ones have it there way again. Some seem to think a soul is mysteriously implanted into an embryo at conception, and there lies another stumbling block to medical sciences advancement. But, cheer up, recent stem cell research has developed new stem cell lines from old existing ones. There may be hope yet. I agree that it does hinder the advancement of medicine but with determination and much hard work progress is being made despite the short sightedness of religion.

So sorry, I have to say that stem cells have no more of a soul than pieces of blank paper have a message!

So in short no.

ADDED Both standard Stem cells and embryonic stems cells that is!

Stem cells don't have a human soul. A soul is the breath of life that was given to us by God. It returns to God when we die, but that is not our consciousness. It is just the breath that God gave us. Humans don't even go to heaven until the resurrection. They are asleep in the grave.

So.. no... Stem cells don't go to heaven at death... and neither do humans. :-)

Nice question! I want to know if aborted babies go to heaven, do they remain babies forever, or do they take on some sort of adult form? Would stem cells just lay around on the ground in Heaven or would they finally grow into entire bodies?

It's really weird when you take these beliefs literally...

Who said stem cells have a soul?

The problem people have with embryonic stem cell research is that an embryo is destroyed in the process of retrieving them, and that that embryo has a soul. No one has a problem with Adult or Umbilical stem cell research, because no one is killed to get them. And adult stem cells have already produced several cures, while embryonic stem cells have so far only produced massive tumours in test subjects.

They don't have their own human soul, they share the one. If all the cells at one time were to die in this mass called "a Body" then maybe they would.

Stem cells do not have souls. They are cells.

Great Question....

The theory of the existence of souls is terribly harmful to mankind and progress.
