spot fix and fast?

I'm so horrifically spotty atm. There's a biiig spot right on my cheek that has been there about a week, and pimples all over my chin and forehead. What can I do to get rid of them fast without spending too much money? Like one affordable product that would actually work, or any other cure you know of?

A good foundation for a quick fix, and rubbing alcohol after you wash for a long-term cure.
