how can i make them uninfected.
i can't take the plugs out. they are too swollen.

Did you use acrylic plugs? Even though it's more expensive you should really stretch with a titanium plug. Keep the plugs in until the swelling goes down while doing sea salt soaks 2-3 times a day. This is a mixture of 1 teaspoon sea salt with 1 cup of warm water. While this isn't a must distilled water is preferred to fresh tap water. Keep alcohol and peroxide away because it will only lead to irritation. Once the swelling goes down and your lobes aren't as sensitive to the touch continue the sea salt soaks 1-2 times a day until the hole is downsized with no sign of infection.
If you want to re-stretch I would recommend waiting two months and then going to a reputable piercer to evaluate the size of your hole now and what speed you could safely stretch to. Piercing shops are also an ideal place to purchase titanium jewelery.

You need to go to the doctor ASAP - the only way to get rid of an infection like this is with antibiotics. You may also need a shot to reduce the swelling.
